Save Gerry’s Leg- Help Cover Remaining Medical Costs

On December 6th my cat, Gerry, had a freak accident and broke his leg. While the doctors thought they would have to amputate, by some miracle they were able to splint it. Gerry was due to get his cast off on January 21st, but after slipping his cast and going back to the hospital I was told that it would be another 6 weeks until his cast could come off because the calluses were forming slowly. He also has severe irritation and inflammation on his leg, and because of that he now has to get his cast replaced once a week. I have already spent over $1,000 and with a cast change once a week I am looking at spending at least another $1,200. I am currently in between jobs and do not have the funds to possibly pay for an amputation, which would be between $700-$1,100, at the end of all of this. If I can even raise enough money just to cover the rest of the cast changes or just his medicine it would be such a weight off of my shoulders. I love my sweet baby cat so much and would go to the ends of the earth for him!!!
