Project Jamaica Inc Home, Clothe, Feed and Educate

Hello my name is Tamara Stevens, I am 40 years old I'm originally from Kingston Jamaica I currently live in the United States, But I have decided to move back home to Jamaica to fulfill my life purpose and dedicate my time to helping homeless children in Jamaica. My project is called project Jamaica and I will be opening an orphanage and primary School (St Stevens orphanage and primary School) continuing in the legacy of my grandfather and grandmother, My grandfather and grandmother were both teachers and at one point they both had primary schools in Jamaica. Okay so most don't know that 43.1% of Jamaica is in poverty, that's almost half the population. Jamaica is considered one of the slowest and most unstable economy in the world, which is one of the many reasons there are currently 73,000 homeless and orphaned children on the island of Jamaica today. My plan is to open an orphanage and create a sense of home, love, serenity and security for the children with a primary school and a park on the property for recreation. When children are loved and care for properly they grow to become productive adults that can one day contribute and give back to their community, And help Jamaica's economy to grow for the future generations, so I asked that you join me in the journey of helping children have a better childhood and a greater chance at success in life.
