In Memory of Addy

Hi my name is Rachel, I am Addy's cousin. It is with great sadness that I write to tell you of the passing our "Baby Bat" our "Addy cakes" Addisyn Bella Trujillo. She fought bravely for two weeks in the ICU as long as she could. Addisyn was just 10 years old, she struggled with cystic fibrosis since she was a baby and sadly our little one succumbed to her illness on August 8th at 12:05am. She was a beautiful soul who loved her family. For all who had opportunity to meet her they never forgot her special presence and her big smile. Addy loved fruit bats and her doggies Abby and Billy and most of all her Mommy and Daddy. Addy brought joy to everything she did and touched the lives of everyone she met.

Our family is absolutely devastated by her passing and while we are all still trying process all of this, we know that unfortunately there are still the hospital and funeral expenses to manage.
