Reunite a Family Torn Apart by Divorce

Hello, it's been nearly 3 years since my kids visited me. I was married to my children's father for 13 years. Well, in 2021, we split up, leaving me broke and practically homeless with no money for a lawyer. So, with that being said, the children primarily stayed with their dad. Unfortunately, he seized the opportunity to keep my children from me continually. Then one day, he tells me he needs to move to TN and he wanted to take the children with him. At first, I was like, there's no way, but my children begged to go down there primarily because their grandmother lives there, and I just wanted to make my children happy. So, with everything being so hard with my living arrangements, I figured it wouldn't be so bad, especially if I could still see them for regular visits. Well, here it is almost three years later, and they still haven't visited me. Yes, I've tried to visit them multiple times, but their father wouldn't allow it. He would not even tell me what the address was of where my children were living. I just knew they were in TN. So, in my eyes, he did kidnap my children and kept them from me. Yes, I was finally able to get a lawyer about a year ago, and with all the court proceedings, it has gone on so long, but I need to be able to pay for lawyer fees to take care of this nasty situation.
