Fire relief for Tori's Golden Hour Tattoo
Donation protected
On the morning of December 15th a large, multiple-building fire destroyed a building under construction and the Revival Motors & Coffee building in downtown Olympia, WA. The businesses affected by the fire, particularly the RMC building, are a complete loss - the fire burned for hours.
Many businesses were affected -- one near and dear to our hearts is our Tori's GOLDEN HOUR TATTOO. Tori opened Golden Hour Tattoo in November 2020 and has quickly built it into a successful and well-respected tattoo business.
If you know Tori, you know she has worked incredibly hard to build her business from nothing -- going from a largely self-taught hand-poke artist to a successful independent tattoo artist in Olympia. You also know she is kind, funny, smart, and doesn't hesitate to give to her friends and neighbors and community. She is a incredibly generous person and incredibly talented and hard-working artist.
Tori also worked service at RMC Motors & Coffee -- so in one fire, she has lost *all* her income sources.
Let's show up for Tori now!!
Insurance and federal funds may come through, but will probably takes months at *best*, so this emergency fund is super important for helping Tori replace her equipment, pay her rent, and secure a new space ASAP to keep her existing appointments and not lose too much work in this holiday season.
Every little bit helps. Thank you Olympia & Friends.
This gofundme is approved by Tori -- if you have concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to her @goldenhourtattoo on instagram.
RE: other fundraisers -- we will update as we get links for other businesses fundraisers!!
