I hope this message finds you well. Today, we come to you with a heavy heart and an urgent plea on behalf of a dear friend of ours, Maria, and her precious 2-year-old daughter, Noah. Noah's illness began innocently enough, with what seemed like a common cold, but her symptoms have taken a devastating turn, leaving her struggling to breathe and her family grappling with the unknown.

The past week has brought heart-wrenching developments. Noah's breathing problems have intensified. Even in need of oxyen to take breath in certain days.

Noah's ordeal began with what appeared to be a typical cold. However, as the weeks passed, her condition deteriorated rapidly. She was admitted to the hospital, where a battery of tests was conducted, including multiple COVID-19 tests, all of which came back negative or inconclusive. Yet, her respiratory problems persisted.

The sight of little Noah with oxygen tubes and various medical apparatuses for these complex diagnostic tests is nothing short of heart-wrenching. This brave 2-year-old has faced an array of procedures: Arterial Blood Gas Analysis, Bronchoscopy with Biopsy,HRCT,PFT, CT Scans and X-Rays among other.

Despite discomfort of these evaluations, the results have not provided the answers needed to guide Noah's treatment. This leaves Maria and her family in a place of profound uncertainty. They desperately need to explore other clinics and consult specialists who might be able to unravel Noah's condition.

To make matters even more distressing, recent discussions have revolved around potential complications from infections. Just last week, Noah developed a urinary tract infection, a condition that is now beginning to affect her kidneys. The medications she requires to combat these infections only add to the complexity of her treatment.

This ordeal has taken an immeasurable toll on Noah, Maria, and their family. What makes this situation even more challenging is that Maria had to leave her stable job to stay with her daughter. She now relies on gigs and freelance work, which are not as stable or predictable as her previous employment.

Even though family and friends are helping as much as they can, it's still not enough to cover the mounting medical bills and the day-to-day expenses of raising a family in this challenging situation.

Esto deja a María y su familia en un lugar de profunda incertidumbre. Necesitan desesperadamente explorar otras clínicas y consultar a especialistas que puedan desentrañar la condición de Noah.

 Para hacer las cosas aún más angustiosas, las discusiones recientes han girado en torno a las posibles complicaciones de las infecciones. La semana pasada, Noah desarrolló una infección del tracto urinario, una condición que ahora está comenzando a afectar sus riñones. Los medicamentos que necesita para combatir estas infecciones solo aumentan la complejidad de su tratamiento.
