Help Nelson & Heather Rebuild After Hurricane

Nelson & Heather Sweetman.Live in Hendersonville,NC. We experienced Hurricane Helene, and could never imagine being flooded out of our home.

We didn’t live in a flood Plain, so didn’t have Flood insurance. Our homeowners insurance denied our claim, FEMA was some help but just covered the rip out as you can see in the picture which is every wall in the home. Thankfully they removed the muck and stench. We have a contractors price to fix home quite extensive. Not to mention loss of personal property. We are in process of a home loan which will take months. Any help from friends and family would be greatly appreciated. We are living by a neighbor , we thank the Lord for them opening their door to us. Like so many here in WNC it’s been devastating. We have lived here 8 yrs moved from NJ.I am retired and have COPD and emphysema so I am limited what I can do Heather works full time. We are the ones creating this go fund me page .

We will be putting the fund towards Sheet rock Installation and new inside doors throughout house.
