I need help

My name is Angie I am a transgender trying to become full female and I don't have the that they are charging me to get bottom surgery they told me I only need close to $2,000 for the hotel I'm going to have to stay in when I go to get my surgery and on top of that I'm also needing to get a front and alignment done so any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you
