Help for divorce

Hello my name is Nathan. I'm looking for some help my wife of 12 years want a divorce and is moving to Missouri to be with her boyfriend and is leaving me with 5 kids from 2 year to 11 years. I need to rebuild my life as a single father of 5. She is taking half of everything and I just need help to get back on my feet and get basic household things that she is taking.
