Help Jackie’s family heal

Hi, my name is Frances Baxley and I’m teaming up with colleagues at the Erie HealthReach Waukegan Family Health Center to raise money for our dear friend Jackie Hernandez Rojas, who lost her beloved husband Jose Hernandez in a car accident on 10/9/21. Jose was killed in a collision when a driver going in the opposite direction struck his car head-on. Two of Jackie’s children were in the car, and the younger of the two is in critical condition with severe injuries. Please contribute to help Jackie with medical and funeral expenses. Jose was full of life and love. We’re giving to honor him and to show our love and support for Jackie and their children. Thank you for sharing what you can.
