Help a District Family Rebuild After Fire
Donation protected
A Morris School District family lost everything in a three-alarm fire in their apartment above Lin's Palace on Speedwell Avenue in Morristown on Fri., Feb. 5.
They have a three-year-old, a first grader, and a tenth grader. Thankfully, no one was injured. They face a long process of rebuilding their lives during this already difficult time.
Can you help? Your donation will mean a great deal to them as they begin to rebuild. It is the best way to help since they have limited space in a hotel and may be moving from place to place until they can find a new home.
No donation is too small. They will be grateful for any assistance.
I have known their tenth-grade daughter for almost two years. She is part of the Her Words program that I run in the community for Morris Arts. For the children's privacy, I have not put their names here.
