Donation protected
Dr. Ajita Wallce-Pinder a comforter, motivator, helper, confidant, friend and life of the party.
Born in Nassau, Bahamas, an alumna of Queen's College School, embarked on an academic journey that took her from the University of the Bahamas to Dalhousie University in Canada. It was during this transformative period that Ajita discovered her passion for medicine and committed to becoming a medical doctor. She graduated from the University of the West Indies (UWI) Mona Campus in 2015, having been equipped with a unique perspective and deep commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive medical care. She is a vital member on staff with the Internal Medicine Team at the Princess Margaret Hospital.
A proud and dedicated member of St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, she currently serves as a Chalice Bearer, Lay Reader, Vestry Member and the Vice President of the Anglican Church Women (ACW).
Over the past few weeks Ajita was feeling down but in spite of this, Ajita remained dedicated to her patients, going into the hospital each day and giving more than she had for herself. A few days ago, she was admitted to hospital, seeking the care she was so committed to providing to others! Now, we turn to you requesting your care and support!
Ajita is faced with the immense challenge of needing a new heart, and her physicians are urging that she is critically in need of a heart transplant. It is estimated that this procedure will cost $200,000 to $1,000,000, as she must be airlifted out of the country within the next 48 hours in order to receive this mandatory and critical care. Ajita is trying her best, but she desperately needs your help!
We, her family, realize that it will take a village to get through this. We come to you now to help us fight, help Ajita fight! Your urgent financial assistance would be immensely appreciated, as we make every effort on behalf of Ajita!! Thank you in advance for your thoughtful assistance and please join us as we keep Ajita in our prayers!
