Tyffany's Return: Help me fix my breasts!

Hello everyone! As you may already know, I'm about to make a re-entry into the "biz" after a 30-year hiatus. However, I have a problem, and I'm hoping that you can help me. It's my breasts... they don't look good at all. In 2009, I had a breast reduction and since then, my breasts have become very misshapen. One of the implants is also ruptured. They need to be redone. Because this will be a reconstruction and not just an augmentation, it's going to be very expensive.
