Help Jögge save his his father's craft heritage
When Wille Sundqvist passed away in 2018 the whole craft world mourned his loss. Sometimes called the grandfather of spoon carving, he was instrumental in bringing traditional Swedish carving to popularity in English speaking countries. There are few that have matched his contributions to the traditional craft community.
His son, Jögge, has been carrying on Wille's legacy and continuing to teach the traditional carving methods of his father. Unfortunately, Wille's craft estate will be auctioned off Saturday, August 14. I am seeking to raise funds for Jögge to maintain control over his father's craft heritage. Please consider donating so that he can maintain his father's craft heritage so that this immensely important legacy can be preserved rather than be auctioned off piecemeal.
Thank you, Ty Thornock
