- Hello, My name is Shardea aka Dae I'm a 33 year old single mom of 3. Ages 13, 11, 6. Tuesday afternoon 1/09/2024 I was on my way to chemo, I was getting off at 696 and Gratiot exit. I came up on the exit my car started sliding, as it was sliding I got scared and hit my breaks, lost control of the car it flipped on the driver side and back on all fours. I was in the hospital for 11 hours. Due to the accident I'm out of work, due to injuries, I had PLPD insurance. I'll be using funds to purchase a new car. While I'm using my funds to Uber for now. Sports, Dr appointments for them and myself. I do chemo twice weekly, now physical therapy, upon testing and some of the doctors are in Ann arbor at Karmanos. Upon paying for Ubers, it's hard to save for a car and pay bills. My car is the way I made money for my children and I such as house keeping, doordash, home health care an my job..
