Fund an Intensive Outpatient Program

Hello, my name is Camryn but some people call me Cal. I'm 15 years old. My father passed away when I was 10 years old and ever since then my mental health has been draining me. The photo I added was one of my favourite memories before everything went even farther downhill.

I've recently found an outpatient program that

would be incredibly helpful to me in literally every way possible helping not only with my mental health with things like distress tolerance, emotional regulation and grounding techniques but also with my neurological disorders with things like sensory coping skills, mindfulness and diffusing difficult emotions. Every little bit contributed is appreciated so that I can get the help I need! ❤️
