Who Is Evangelist Temple Church?

Evangelist Temple Church, located in West Fresno at 1607 C. Street, Fresno, CA 93706, is a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization under the leadership of Pastor Calvin Howell, Sr. With his beautiful wife at his side, First Lady Missionary Alvena Howell, they stand in the gap to proclaim the gospel of God and through loving kindness compel others to Christ (Luke 14:23).

What Is Our Goal In This Community?

Our goal at Evangelist Temple Church is to reach as many people as we can, spreading abroad the unconditional love of God in a crying world and exemplifying the unexplainable joy, hope, and peace of God that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
